Israelite Women are Holistic

As repenting women in Christ, we must continuously work on every aspect of our lives. From learning how to study to be quiet, submitting, eating properly, exercise, and modesty, we tend to neglect meditation, affirmation, and self- control. Psalms 1:2 - But his delight [is] in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditates day and night. Here are a few scriptures and affirmation to recite daily and meditate on. My suggestion is to meditate on one scripture per week and one affirmation per week. Wake up 20 minutes earlier then usual to meditate on a scripture and affirmation, create a quiet time at mid-day to meditate, and before bedtime. You will accomplish so much more, you will be Fit Fine and Favored...

Philippians 4:8 - Finally, brethren, whatsoever things

are true, whatsoever things [are] honest, whatsoever

things [are] just, whatsoever things [are] pure, whatsoever things [are] lovely, whatsoever things [are] of good report; if [there be] any virtue, and if [there be] any praise, think on these things.

Week 1

James 1:12 Blessed [is] the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the

Lord hath promised to them that love him.

Affirmation: I’ve let go of the need to eat when I’m being tried

Week 2

James 1:16 Do not err, my beloved brethren.

17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and

cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

18 Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of first fruits of his creatures.

Affirmation: Christ is the perfect example of self-control and disciple; He is my Heavenly Father and we share the same DNA

Week 3

Hebrews 10:36- For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise. Affirmation: I am filled with gratitude for all that I have

Week 4

James 1:2 - My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers’ temptations.

Affirmation: I am gentle with myself, I am delicate, and I possess the strength of my foremothers

Week 5

Colossians 1:11 - Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness.

Affirmation: Every day Every cell in my body is getting healthier and healthier

Week 6

1 Corinthians 10:13 - There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God [is] faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear [it].

Affirmation: TMH will only give me what I can handle, and I am handling my journey to optimal health very well

Week 7

James 1:4 - But let patience have [her] perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.

Affirmation: I know what unhealthy foods taste like; I no longer need to defile my temple with it.

Week 8

1 Corinthians 3:17

If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.

Affirmation: I am whole, I am healthy, I am free

Week 9

Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice,

holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. Affirmation: I am Holy, and I am acceptable to TMH

Week 10

Sirach 26: 13 The grace of a wife delighteth her husband, and her discretion will fatten his bones.

Affirmation: I am graceful, I am delightful, and I am discrete

Week 11

Sirach 26:14 A silent and loving woman is a gift of the Lord; and there is nothing so much worth as a mind well


Affirmation: I am silent, I am loving, I am a gift

Week 12

Proverbs 31: 25 Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come.

Affirmation: Good health is my birthright; I bless my body daily and take good care of it.
