Due to the type of products being sold, returned products are not accepted. 

If a package is lost or damaged, please contact Cocoa Fresh and together, we will determine a solution. In most cases, replacements can be sent for lost or damaged products. If you are unhappy due to the choice of fragrance, refunds cannot be processed.
 

We ship orders Monday through Thursday. Orders ship within 1-2 weeks after payment has cleared. Large wholesale/bulk orders may take extra time. You will receive an email confirmation letting you know that your order and payment has been received and what date your package will ship out.

Packages are shipped by First Class for packages that are 13 ounces or less. Packages that are over 13 ounces get sent regular.

For international shipping, I list the shipping costs for each individual country. I figure the highest amount, and if my customer has over paid on shipping, I refund the difference once I get back from the post office and now the exact cost for their package.
